At Plaud.ai, we stand behind the quality of our AI-powered voice recorders and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible, your device must be in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Plaud.ai account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Plaud device, charging cables, and accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit and include a printout of your RMA confirmation.
Ship to Our Facility
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the hardware and verifies its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
